My second photographer credit came out in the new Car Kulture Deluxe Magazine. This was an article I wrote and shot about the Billetproof Eruption Drags in Toutle, WA. When I opened my P.O. Box door I had to smile, was my article in there? I thumbed through the pages eagerly- and then when I saw it, I had to call my wife all excited. Life's little pleasures.

New Rats & Gassers 11 x 17 Posters
Every year when we vendor the car shows, we run out of posters. I wanted to try something different this year. I have started a new 11 x 17 print series of stills and photos from Rats & Gassers: Kustom Kulture Takes A Ride. These will be $10 each at the shows in a cellophane envelope with print and chip board.

Hot Roddin' Romeos - Booze Hounds Review
Hot Roddin’ Romeos
Booze Hounds
From the opening title track “Booze Hounds” to a more thoughtful “Last Call Reprise,” the new album by the Hot Roddin’ Romeos is sure to fill your rock and roll addictions. Serious high end production abound on this album- but not in an overly slick way. Tight, clean and punchy, with growly Elvis lead vocals and thick guitars, with an almost Billy Gibbons blues sound at times.
This record sounds really really good, especially cranked up to 11 so your nosey noisy neighbors can hear every damn note! One pleasant surprise is the video single “Moonlight,” which has solid doo woop backing vocals, honky tonk piano and a solid swing beat. Another unexpected track is the rockin’ duet “Branded” featuring the over the top bluesy female vocal stylings of Queen Pirate (of The Back Alley Barbers) in a sassy call and response dialog with HRR’s own Johnny Rocket.
My fave tracks are the thunderous “Hell Bound,” upright bass laden “Over You,” full on rockin’ “Red Fury” and swampy thick “Voodoo Indian.” But honestly, this album has a great track progression and is more than a few singles. You really have to listen to the whole thing from front to back to get the full range and talent of the Hot Roddin’ Romeos. One of my favorite albums so far this year! - D.A. Sebasstian

1956 Canadian Dodge Regent Gasser
My latest poster design. Made this auto-collage mashup from various pics (one for body, one for back ground, one for wheels and tires), then ran various layers through Photoshop to give it a "stamped" look. You don't see this everyday... a 1956 Canadian Dodge Regent (Dodge front/Plymouth back) done up Munster Style...in fact I have never seen a mid-fifties Dodge as a Gassser- thats why I did one up as artwork.

Ol' Skool Rodz Issue #58
New Ol' Skool Rodz Issue #58 with my first photo credit! The model is the insanely gorgeous Shelbi Fahrney! I have written dozens of articles in dozens of magazines (mostly automotive and music) over the years but this is my first as a writer/photographer. Just got this issue in the mailbox, so it should be on newsstands in a week or so. I also did the graphic showing the section process that Tom Sanders did on his '29 Ford to make it into an extended cab. Total layout was 4 full pages! On the cover is Vivi Louise shot by the amazing Roy Varga (next to one of the Roadmen's Car Cliub sedans - another Northwest club who was also in my last feature film Rat Rod Rockers!) My buddy Dan Brouillard (another Northwesterner) also has a piece in this issue about Scott Martinson's pick-up. Lots of Hot Rods in the Northwest. This is one magazine worth subscribing too Ol' Skool Rodz
