Just got the completed cover art from the amazing Shawn Dickinson for our new Garage Rock/Surf Compilation entitled Worst Case Scenario. This should be out on Go-Kustom Rekords later this year- right now we are waiting for some bands to return their agreements, final tracks, etc. then we press the discs. Maybe we should do T-Shirts with this design?

Billetproof Northwest 2013
Had a great time at the 2013 Billetproof Car Show in Chehalis, WA. We set up a vendor booth for Go-Kustom Rekords & Films and I did some filming for Go-Kustom TV and Rats & Gassers: Kustom Kulture Takes A Ride. Primarily I wanted to interview Alan Galbraith, who is the main force behind this series of shows and vintage drag race events. The weather was excellent with temperatures in the 80's and solid sunshine. This was truly amazing, given we had massive amounts of rain right up until Friday morning.Monday, February 4, 2013

Go-Kustom at Rat City Rodz Car Show
We went out to vendor at the 3rd annual Rat City Rodz Car Show in Everett WA. yesterday. The show is centered on the streets surrounding the Anchor Pub, just a stones throw from the Naval Base. Great weather and a decent turnout were the order of the day. Several bands including The Wild Snohomians played on the pubs stage, with a large sliding door to allow the sound to travel down the streets. There was also a afternoon Burlesque Revue inside the pub, but because we were working our vendor booth we didn't get to check out. Lots of Rat Rods and a few Kustoms were parked in front of the pub and down the street. Part of the street was blocked, but throughout the day, unknowing drivers came charging down the street, then acted irritated that they had to avoid pedestrians milling around and looking at the cars. Still- we are definitely going to this show next year.
