Added the Brandel Nuclear Test Facilities to the Anywhere, Washington maps. This facility (or facilities) is referenced in Rat Rod Rockers! and is supposed to be upwind of Old Man Kanker's Farm- so I put it there. The Brandel Facility (also called Brandel Nuclear Test Facilities and later Brandel Works) was a small uranium/plutonium enrichment and research operation located on the corner of No-Name Tribal lands, leased by the Federal Government and run by the Brandel Group. Closed in 1971 the facility has extensive underground storage tunnels and research areas that are still slightly radioactive. No wonder Old Man Kanker's Cabbages grew so big!
